Owned by V.I. Christian Ministries, Inc., it is sister to low-power religious stations W26EF-D (channel 26) and W39DP-D (channel 39) in Christiansted. Lilly Broadcasting, which owns WSEE-TV in Erie, Pennsylvania, operates WMNS-LD under a local marketing agreement (LMA). WMNS-LD's transmitter is located atop Hawk Hill.
