Best known for her bands Le Tigre and MEN, JD Samson is a DJ, musician, and artist who has transformed Sunday afternoons at the Rusty Knot in the form of a mixed queer party called "Scissor Sundays". The party has gained recognition from Go Magazine, Time Out New York, and New York Magazine as one of the best mixed parties in the city.
