KSCE maintains studio facilities located on Wyoming Avenue (northwest of I-10) in northwest El Paso, and its transmitter is located atop the Franklin Mountains on the El Paso city limits. KSCE, Channel 38 in El Paso, Texas exists by God’s grace for the purpose of preparing the way of the Lord, by broadcasting the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to those for whom He died.
