Owned by Quincy Media, the station operates on VHF digital and virtual channel 7 from a transmitter located at the AFLAC Tower north of Rowley, Iowa. KWWL's studios are located on East 4th Street in Waterloo. The station also operates newsrooms and sales offices in Cedar Rapids and Dubuque.
