Charity TV was founded in october 1st 2009, by the Lebanese Missionary Father Jean Abou Khalifeh, specialist in Communication Science and Social Media , with the support of the reverend Father Elie Madi, the former Superior General of the Congregation of Lebanese Maronite Missionaries. Therefore, a new apostolic field was opened in response to the spiritual and educational objectives of the congregation.
