Zarok TV is the first satellite television station in Turkey for Kurdish children, launched on 21 March 2015 and based in Diyarbakır. The channel broadcasts in the languages of Kurmanji and Kirmanjki.
It was shut down under the emergency statutory decree issued in the aftermath of July 15th's failed coup d'état, alongside 11 other television and 11 radio stations, on 29 September 2016 when police raided the television station's headquarters.
