GrassRoots Community Network: Community Access Media for the Roaring Fork Valley Since 1972. GrassRoots Community Network is the longest operating community access television facility in the nation. It was conceived as a radical experiment in citizen controlled media. It continues to be an integral part of the Roaring Fork Valley community, and is a model for access stations throughout the country.
